Martin Smoked Goats cheese, thrice cooked chips, breaded garlic mushrooms, cherry tomato "fake" pickle. Any regular reader of the food posts, will note that my posts are very carnivorous.
Last nights dish, completely fits in with the rules set by the Vegetarian society, right down to the correct rennet used in the cheese.
I was in fact a veggie for 18 years, before realising how many wonderful flavours I was denying myself, however, I have just noticed something about vegetarianism, which , I agree may only apply to my own personal vehicle which I live in.
I am extremely hyperactive if I don`t eat meat.A good steak for supper, and I will sleep sound, veggie food, does not create a decent slumber, too much carb and foods which are blended by the body too quickly methinks.
Here is you cherry tomato "fake" pickle recipe anyway, for use on steaks, goat cheese or indeed goat.
250gms tomatoes(roughly chopped), 2 chopped shallots(finely), a tablespoon of cider vinegar, splash of olive oil, sprinkle with sugar and put it in the fridge for an hour. It`s only good for about a day, but I challenge you to make it last that long.
Rant over, I`ll get my goat..sorry coat.
