Martin You are right Cat, I think they were probably dreading the fact they had to talk to him.
Much is mentioned about the police on this board, but who would want a call from whoever is your boss, saying "don`t forget you have to question the Prime Minister this month".
The Cat I think the key point about when the police interviewed Tony Blair is that he was not under caution, therefore what he said would not be on record and the police had no intention of arresting him.
