Grandpa Harley Wasn't everyone dull after Tricky Dicky?

He wasn't an adulterous wife beater, he didn't court (and screw) Hollywood stars... he actually did the job a leader of a country was supposed to do... Lead. I'm afraid that if someone does the job they're elected (in his case, inherited) it's boring.

If they're exciting or interesting, it means they're too busy doing stuff in other countries (or having wars) to be doing anything like a worthwhile job at home.
The Cat I remember seeing him dance with The Queen, and he appeared in The Simpsons. Apart from that, he passed by me rather quietly.

He reached a good age though.
JK2006 I met him during my American years - a very decent (if dull) man.
How swiftly the great bit players in history pass into memory.
