Mart We had a wonderful tour of a pro Indian kitchen tonight, I honestly believed they were buying ingredients in, and I saw the whole meal prepared before my eyes.They also had a blackboard of the correct spices/sauces written on a blackboard in the kitchen, and they have given me a trade catalogue of where to buy catering equipment cheap.
