Black pudding crispy wontons.
This is also really book of the year for me, you can`t say it starts pretty, but it isn`t supposed to, it takes you through all the farm producing of meat in a manner that if you can`t take it, I believe you really should be a veggie.
Finally you get to some excellent recipes, one of which is even a copied e-mail from one of the authors friends.
I often get disappointed by books supporting a TV series as they seem to be a bit brief in quantity and quality. This one is top notch cookery lesson material.
