Martin K I often keep getting leaflets through the door from takeaway/delivered food.
This one caught my eye, so I thought I would share it with you all.

Martin K We went out for a fantastic curry, as I had a good day and felt like being spoilt.
On Sunday, I once again did, deep fried feta cheese, in egg and flour , and served it with an onion and chilli marmalade , and mushrooms in tarragon and garlic.
The reason I have replied to your cooking on this one, is that I have found that, the use of plain orange juice, in any sauce, is as good a flavour.
I use it in my onion marmalade, as long as the citricness is in there, the rest is pure decoration.

JK2006 Well, I had a delicious Roast Duck (pink) with roast potatoes, green peas and a special new JK nectarine sauce, made by boiling down fresh nectarines and adding salt and pepper and stock... VERY nice! Not like jam at all.
