Mart Organic beetroot and coconut curry, freshly made hummus and brown pitta bread and a side dish of beef ghoulash which I made earlier.
All the food today is non air-freighted and organic, but I do have to say the fruit which I have put out is suffering and not ripening in the correct order.
The bananas arrived pleasantly green, but have gone black before turning yellow. (no air freighting?hmm debatable)
