JK2006 No idea whether the marine was guilty of murder to manslaughter or nothing but from personal experience certain that more times than not the system gets it wrong and it needs every successful appeal to illustrate that - but remember, for every victory that a Blackman gets there are 100 victims of the broken system who give up, lacking cash or energy, and suffer in jail until released to live in shame and misery until death. We must do something about it.
