MWTW And Eff all about the trial possibly unless s note was left.
We have had arrests for historic cases teachers etc who have committed suicide before trial and of course this does not make them guilty but seeing how you are on an up hill struggle to clear your nam if lucky enough to be cleared some just cannot go through the process, who can trust the police CPS and juries.
Jo I don't think it's wise to make assumptions of any kind about why someone attempts or commits suicide. Their thought process could have been completely unrelated to anyone else's reality and beyond anyone else's imagining.
JK2006 Everyone assumes the suicide means they couldn't live with the consequences of being raped whereas often they cannot live with the consequences of realising they made a mistake or intentionally falsely accused someone. Equally tragic; equally sad but harder to understand in this simplistic century.
