Spee When the tests come back, it can be heart breaking news - for the person concerned and their friends and families.

But an increasing number of (particularly) minor celebrities feel the need to tell the world, everything about their experience.

Most of us (of the no fuss/privacy variety) keep our illnesses/medical problems quiet. As we all know of so many around us, who battle infirmity - every day.

Dench, McKellen, Hopkins etc. - are not that perky, but continue to work, be vague about maladies, and work/help the needy.
