Topic History of: 'Fantasist' who falsely accused Leon Brittan charged with malicious communications

Peter So let’s get this right.

‘Darren’ had been jailed about twenty years ago for making hoax bomb calls and falsely confessing to a murder. ‘Darren’ has also been charged with seven counts of malicious communication, specifically: pretending to police that he was kidnapped and shot at.

But when it came to ‘Darren’ claiming the existence of a VIP paedophile ring, the Metropolitan Police swallowed whole his story and immediately swooped down on the homes of Leon Brittan, Lord Bramall and Harvey Proctor.

I wonder how much money Darren has made from spinning his fantasises.

From here: thejusticegap.com/2015/11/they-cant-all-be-making-it-up-investigating-historic-abuse-claims: ‘The former Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer has said of people who contact the police claiming to be victims: “These complainants must be believed.”’, and: ‘Chief Constable Simon Bailey, who oversees child abuse investigations for the National Police Chiefs Council, said: “We are now dealing with an unprecedented number of victims who are having the confidence and courage to come forward and report non-recent sexual abuse. I am predicting an 88% increase this year – the police service will investigate approximately 70,000 allegations of child abuse.”’

With Keir Starmer now a Labour MP, perhaps a good reason to avoid voting Labour in June.
