In The Know Met Hammond today when he visited Derbyshire - its clear they are targeting staunch Labour areas (today he was in Clay Cross - slum hole of the Earth ! - and the place where previous Labour Councils caused mayhem by staging a "rent strike" resulting in bankruptcy for the local Council and people).

Google Clay Cross Rent Strike ... to read what mayhem these Marxists cause.
JK2006 Not at all and suspect we wouldn't get one. I think Corbyn has adapted and learned.
Brian JK - you really want a Marxist UK?

And a delicious war of words with Green (?) - in which the main point was - water paid 18 billion to shareholders (and Directors like Green) - Labour would put that 18 billion back into society. Simplistic I suspect; but very persuasive.

Makes you wonder how every nationalised industry LOST money doesn't it?
JK2006 God knows whether Labour's economic model would work; it didn't in the past but then, often, neither did the Tories - though I always felt Ken Clarke was the best Chancellor in the 80s. Economically I approved of that decade but, then, I would say that (did very well then). But I have no doubt that May would be a disaster as PM and suspect Corbyn would be pretty good, as I think more and more members of the public are deciding, every time they see or hear him.
