You're right Spee; it is hard to love this country anymore. The utter and total stupidity of the Brits has brought the country to its knees. We shall survive but is it worth it? |

With those stong/negative views, I would undoubtedly live elsewhere.
Because Brexit - the preamble, negotiations and implementation - is going to make matters a lot worse.
It's really us versus the EU - other potential leavers are sitting back, watching us.
To learn from the precidents made with a view to enhancing them, for their own advantage.
And, in the meantime, the other members will be less than helpful - as the future of their countries is at stake.
However - instead of moaning - I prefer to meet life as it comes, because I won't have another...

Immigration? No problem. Why would anybody want to come to the UK these days? If you manage to get here you’ll be burnt to death in a stupid high rise or killed by a mad Welsh loony or terrorist on a bridge. The economy is clearly about to collapse. We have a cold, robotic, useless Prime Minister. The weather has always been ghastly and is getting worse. The food is generally vile and the legal system is broken; shattered to pieces.
Makes Syria look quite a nice option. |
