Jo Convicted on a retrial. They must have really wanted to get him.

"Mr Cassim was tried for rape at Isleworth Crown Court in December 2011. A retrial then took place in January 2012 in front of a fresh jury and he was jailed for seven years. ... Mr Cassim served two years because of the 'grave injustice' before he was released."
MWTW It was an easy conviction and the DC gets promotion cudos CPS gut gets a pat on the back the monster get compo and some poor lad gets SOTP labled a rapist looses his family and friends spread over the media hung out to dry all because you will be believed and if it's sexual your guilty.

I hope we see a proper sentence here .
When someone says they have been raped 15 times surely the alarm bells should ring firstly with the police and secondly CPS it seems both not fit for the job and both police and CPS officers who brought this to court sacked and no more pay and no fuc::ng pensions.

I agree. I cant see how this was not deliberate. The police and CPS must have known damned well.
