The Tories have given it a go!

Borrowing £1,000 billion, since 2010.

And doubling the National Debt to near £2,000 billion.

Further borrowing is not on - until, at least, a trade surplus is achieved.

Something the Tories haven't managed for 30 years.

ITK won't dispute these facts - as he is incapable of doing so: He will simply change the subject, as usual...

One of ITK downsides I'm afraid.

But I do agree with what he says most of the time these days.

NHS trusts are employing Indians and I am still yet to meet a nurse or doctor from an EU country.

Now give me some chlorinated chicken.

How many people can you put in to hospitals.

86,000 NHS vacancies - www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-40715955 - and no one willing to fill them !

It doesnt not matter how much money you pour into the NHS, the result will not improve - it will go to administrators, managers, filing clerks etc etc

JK2006 Quite right Andrew and the NHS rightly has to care for all of them; like police; they need more money; which should partly come through better use of resources. And partly from government with extra funds coming from taxing the wealthy slightly more and borrowing slightly more. Let's give it a go.
