md	I thought it was rare for convictions for sexual abuse to be overturned. I also thought it was unusual for evidence of abuse the pre-dates the alleged abuse accepted as testimony. Perhaps this only applies to care work where records exist and is recognized only in Scotland.
honey!oh sugar sugar.	In The Know (as always !) wrote: a conviction over-turned? Hardly earth-shattering news ! Thats what the Court of Criminal Appeal is for .... lol ! The surprise is not that it was overturned, but that there was a conviction in the first place.
