True, but my carting the sourdough starter round parks and sitting under conker trees to get the best spores for it makes me a saint.

That is one heck of a lot of butter! No wonder it looks so good.
I couldn't be bothered tonight so I had a slice of pork on an olive sourdough roll with piccalilli, and a whole punnet of plums.
