honey!oh sugar sugar. And lets not forget that ordinary people without money in the bank and houses to lose, have even less chance of a fair trial.
JK2006 is how many members of the public assume that someone who pleads guilty in order to get a smaller sentence must, in fact, have been guilty. About 95% of those who plead guilty are Plea Bargaining because, with the broken system as it is, they will probably be found guilty by a jury if one person's word is considered evidence and liars do not exist. I have no idea whether this man was guilty or innocent of any claims made about him but I'll bet he killed himself because of media pressure and the inevitability of Britain's broken judicial system.
