Randall	I think it would be a spiffing wheeze if there was also a crowdfund (I'm not exactly sure what that is, but if I make up some lies about Oscar Wilde putting his hand on my knee or complain about sex/race/gay-ism strangers will give me money, is that it?) for the man. This is just a publicity stunt or a playing-the-victim-card fraud. There's not a chance of a successful prosecution, as the police and CPS have already determined. The woman has also said on record that there is a political purpose to doing a private prosecution: that's abuse of process. I predict a prompt takeover and shutdown by the CPS. And yes, JK I believe you're correct about the CCTV. The footage won't look good if she later finds herself investigated by the police for fraud or perverting the course of justice.
JK2006	Isn't this the case even police would not believe after footage of the "victim" kissing and cuddling her "rapist" outside the hotel emerged?
