JK2006 I think so; it is extraordinary; if the jury got it so badly wrong in that one claim and the incompetent, corrupt or lazy prosecution used each claim to back up the others, surely, at very least, they must all be reassessed? Read the Bundling thread.
Jo That's an excellent blog. It's hard to understand why Rolf Harris has been blocked from appealing the other 11 charges. What can he do now? Appeal to the Supreme Court?
