He's on £250,000 a year, so after tax that would be about £150,000, take away his mortgage and expenses and he would be left with around £100,000, leaving £100,000 to find from somewhere. I don't think he should have to pay anything if the outcome is clearly that this is a false allegation.

JK2006 is it fair, with the presumption of innocence, that anyone should suffer like this because of a broken system?
