tdf 1988 movie starring Pierce Brosnan as Mark Taffin, loosely based on a novel by Lyndon Mallet (whose website I have linked to below *). Also featured Alison Doody, the late Ray McAnally, Patrick Bergin, Gerard McSorley and others.

A little corny in some ways, but for the most part, completely accurate, unfortunately, as regards corruption in Ireland.
