never apologise Spree. Take a leaf out of Donald Trump's book.

Of course debt isn't always bad (again- ask Trump ) depending what it's spent on.

ie: imagine those yearly £Billions that are pumped into private bank accounts via rent subsidies being spent on building government owned housing stock !!!, Future assets that would double in value in 20 years...or until another New Labour or Tory government decides to sell them off for rock bottom prices.
