SO much of that post is totally incorrect.
For example, Labour had a Budget surplus for many years (4/5, Blair/Brown). The Tories haven't had one for 40 years!
And since the Tories came back in 2010, they have borrowed £1T, bringing the National Debt to £2T.
Pity you can't Google, only cut and paste; these facts are everywhere. Consult wifey¡
But your interpretation is good for a laugh...

Just shows what can be achieved when you get rid of Labour's debt and pay down their perpetual debt interest.
Added to the lower inflation figure this extra money - will actually be worth something !
Remember, in 1997 the only way that Labour could get elected was to promise to keep to the Tories spending plans - www.theguardian.com/politics/1997/jan/21/economy.uk - and of course, by keeping to the Tories spending plans all went well.
However ... once they started doing their own finances it all went down the pan !
From that year on - and for every succeeding year - the Labour government borrowed more than it earned
