I am irritated when shops announce that you must seek the help of an Ikea or Tesco colleague. They are not MY bloody colleagues, and nor are they colleagues of the bloke who made the recordings.

A recent thing; so many people being interviewed on TV or even on games shows start their answers "SO..." Why? What does it mean? Why is it necessary?
Also; Victoria Derbyshire's irritating "soft and sympathetic" voice with victims or witnesses or refugees or anyone she decides requires softness and sympathy. It is SOOOOOO phony.
