JK2006 A bit off when a Government Minister tells people not to use a commercial business. But I must say - it does irritate me when a ticket (for Chelsea Flower Show) is £109 but I am charged (with booking fee) £160 - fortunately my company can afford it but surely they should inform us up front? On the other hand I've always found the service efficient and honest; and there would have been no other way (apart from sleeping with a cast member) I could have seen Hamilton or Harry Potter.
