comrade hedda While it's about Australia it applies directly to the UK and USA who have both had booms.

Co-incidentally - they illustrate this with a snap of Gina Rinehart who is once again the richest woman on the planet.

I went to a charity lunch today and Gina was at a table 2 down from me with the wife of another multi-Billionaire. I did think of wandering on down and hitting her for a loan, fully prepared to immediately switch to the far right of politics, her preferred stance.
