andrew I think it would cost more to reverse it back to the old system. Every Job Centre would need to change the ICT system again for the umpteenth time.

I said it years ago that IDS is and was useless and worthless to be DWP Secretary.

UC websites cost billions to run and set up. The bald knob paid an American company Monster to set it all up and they totally fucked it up.

The arrogant bald knob also had to write off the billions in loses for his dream to come alive.

UC has worked for some people but not for the masses.
Jo Nasty man and Esther McVey must be no better if she has continued his policy.
