JK2006 Just to explain - in 2017 I suggested to Chief Constable Ephgrave that he should examine the behaviour of his officers and that such things as lying on oath to Judges should not be sanctioned. His official reply from his Legal Representative was that "the warrant would have been issued anyway" and he sanctioned such behaviour. I then suggested to PCC Munro that he should examine his Chief Constable's attitude. Surrey County Council (PCC Munro's boss) agreed. He refused to do so. He is now setting up an independent review of Surrey Police behaviour.

My point in 2017 was that this kind of behaviour was killing innocent people. I specified the deaths of Laurence Pollinger, Robert Randall and Deniz Corday. I explained how and why this had happened.

Neither Munro nor Ephgrave expressed any interest in the deaths of Surrey residents.

I shouted louder. I was ignored and described as "vexatious" which I hoped I was.

Now an independent review will examine this.

Oh yes? Who's paying them?
JK2006 reading this Front Page story in the local Surrey press about "a member of the public"... yes, folks, it was me! Complaining about Surrey Police behaviour. If PCCMunro had done something about it then, when reprimanded by his boss Surrey County Council, how many now dead Surrey residents would still be alive today?
