Thank you Hedda; so few seem to grasp this yet to me it is as vital as the principle of the presumption of innocence, also rejected in all but name. |

"the warrant would have been granted anyway".
I noticed this before and thought it one of the most outrageous comments made and the person should have been sacked on the spot.
This is a person in policing who is actually claiming that in fact, the entire court process is redundant and completely unnecessary and that police can lie to Magistrates or a judge and when they are caught in a lie or incompetence, claim it's of no consequence.
What the f*ck is happening British Judicial Establishment? You are allowing lying or incompetent or criminal police officers to walk all over you and deliberately and maliciously pervert the course of justice.
WAKE UP FOR GOD'S SAKE ! |

Yet oddly when, in January 2017, I alerted him to this problem in the behaviour of his officers, his answer was "the warrant would have been granted anyway". I suppose, when I pointed out that Operation Ravine had contributed to the deaths of three innocent people, he would correctly have replied "they would have died anyway". Thank heavens we have people like Ephgrave and Munro running our country.
