Jo For anyone who can't see the tweet, it reads:

"The Bar Standards Board found lawyer Barbara Hewson (56) was in breach of the codes of conduct via @DailyMirror . Not surprised a vile women ."

And is followed by a photo of the following newspaper article:

tdf I doubt if she will be struck off. Barristers who are struck off have usually done something pretty bad - defrauding a client of a large amount of money, been convicted of a serious offence (and I don't mean a few parking or speeding tickets) - that type of thing. The BRB may ultimately levy a lesser sanction, perhaps a requirement to go for re-training or to have her social media activity reviewed by a senior member of the profession.
Sheba Bear I think there might have been some deliberate confusion here between victims and complainants. As usual.
Misa I think it's fair, though not necessarily acceptable, to say, 'they don't like it up 'em.'

I trust Barbara will be ok, and that this snippet from former journalist Mark Watts covered the cost of his breakfast.

Hope she isn't struck off.
