Mart ..apart from the property we just viewed being pretty grim, the non selling of it was completed by the sight of a little old lady sitting in a darkened back room, who greeted us with these words...

"I love this room, I sit here all day and watch the mice eat the bird food"..

One gets the feeling she may not want to leave...
