robbiex The Uefa nations tournament is not regarded as a major tournament and thus not one of the "Crown jewels" of sport available FTA. Also I should have said semi-finals in my original post, not quarter final.
andrew I'm surprised that Sky has the monopoly over the broadcasting rights. Surely the culture secretary should of said "Home nations needs to be shown FTA".

Tonights result and the last two against Belgium and Croatia reveals that England and Southgate aren't actually very good. They had a flukey draw that meant that they didn't face any above average teams till the quarter finals when they lost to Croatia, and today they lost easily to Spain who controlled the game. They have now lost 3 competitive games in a row for the first time in 30 years, the so-called world cup heroes are now a distant memory.
