hedda well I posted one on here the other day which was just a young black boy brushing a Lunatic with his backpack and minutes later she was screaming "RAPE" and calling the police.

OK it was the USA but where they wander so does the UK.

The fact generous compensation is available on negligible evidence is entirely co-incidental.
honey!oh sugar sugar. Probably both are true. As we become less respectful as a society, the more sex crimes there will be, and if you shout "roll up roll up come and get your free money, no evidence needed" we cant be surprised when people do.
Jo It's surely likely to be easier for the police to deal with people who have been falsely accused of crime rather than violent criminals. Plus the added bonus, if the accused party is a celeb, of rummaging through their cupboards. What fun?!
JK2006 Or, to interpret it slightly differently, claims of sex offences rise; how many are true, how many false and how many exaggerated? How many inspired by media coverage and changing times? A few years ago a pinched back side would have been dealt with by a kick at the testicles and forgotten; police not involved. These days victims are encouraged to regard it as rape and to utilise our vast treasury on taking perverts through the courts, into jails and out of society. Fair enough, if that's what society wants. A few souls consider it more important for police to stop terrorism, knife attacks, acid assaults, muggings...
