I had to go to one of his shows, a few years ago. Never smiled or laughed once. At least the free ticket was a night out.
I did make up my mind walking home that all modern or new comedy and comedians are dire.
East Side Kids now that is great comedy. |

Yes, it's a skill - but not entertainment
Helpful, say, in a job interview
It allows you to get your views/thoughts across
Closely related to self confidence
Won't make you laugh though
Or return to see it again
