JK2006 Absolutely Honey; further proof of sheer insanity in the Administration. I don't like the look of Javid; almost as bonkers as May.
honey!oh sugar sugar. It is as if they are going out of their way to make leaving impossible, such as the latest rule that immigrants must be earning at least thirty thousand. What the hell are they thinking? A lot of nurses earn less than that.

It is all such a mess. Referenda should be conducted from a position of knowledge
We now have a lot more knowledge about the outcome..so why not another referendum to ensure "democracy" is served?
Jo The referendum was only ever about resolving divisions over Europe in the Tory party, so the refusal of another vote probably has to be seen in that context rather than having anything to do with democracy.
JK2006 I agree and there should never have been a referendum. Why was there one? We don't have referendums on whether we should bomb foreigners to death or lock up innocent people - far more important issues that politicians ought to be dealing with and often don't, for fear of alienating the media, our masters.
