Dreams do not make for a good reality....trade will continue....like the nuclear button...you have much more to loose than you can possibly gain...but what do you expect by an undemocratic institution run by a drunk Luxembourger?
The more a wto Brexit is discussed...and now we have the facts...
A good evening to you Dr King
this is what you get when people take Britain's 90% right wing media seriously.
"trade will continue"? Of course. After 5 years are spent negotiating new trade deals (the average time) by which time there may be no trade to deal. The world moves on very fast.
Anyone who makes ludicrous statements like a "drunk Luxembourger" should be booted out the back door
You can boot me anytime Hedda...but sadly it will not improve your knowledge of wto trade rules,or economics... histrionics will not keep working....a dig up of your dire warnings and predictions before the referendum will show your crystal ball is in need of a good clean... besides that...why not stick to being gorgeous...and leave the politics to those of us with both the qualifications and necessary experience?.... |

Bearing in mind that Northern Ireland only survives because of a £1 billion payment - from the UK Exchequer EVERY MONTH - how do you think they could exist independently?
The EU would have no interest - and the Republic can barely make its way, after virtual bankruptcy. Republic of Ireland only exists today because of EU bailouts.

I'm expecting Hedda on here, because dreams are ten a penny
I would expect without the Brexit bailout the EU will struggle to hold itself together financially... Merkel and Macron are hanging in there by a thread...shadows of their former selves....the very idea of either Scotland or NI going independent... without a currency, and the doomed Euro as the option...the only option...and barred from moving to England after the inevitable economic mess.of course we could always blame Brexit |
