Made me smile Honey - and quite right. I may have overestimated Clifford's role and under estimated MWT's - though I rather doubt it; he's full of wind. He may have tried and he may have helped it start. |

My final application has gone off to the CCRC, packed with fresh evidence, including detailed Mark Williams Thomas information (can you answer why he should spend from 9.32am to 23.06pm alone with the initial false accuser, taking a "statement"?) which has only just emerged, and further information about failure to disclose incredibly important evidence to the Defence 18 years ago - a witness concealed from the defence who would have confirmed the inaccuracy of the main claim - and all kinds of other important material. Believe it or not, much of the property seized in 2000 has only just been returned to me and includes important evidence of failure to disclose all those years ago. Of course, certain documents will be demanded and examined (such as letters offering for sale delicate and confidential information and the responses from media executives). Previous investigations will be reopened. Many individuals involved in conspiring to pervert the course of justice will be quaking in their boots although many are retired or dead. I predict that not only will my wrongful convictions be overturned but a huge scandal will erupt. Here's to 2019.
I am delighted to hear it. I do hope it will be heard fairly.
You know, the funny thing about this is that Mark William Thomas boasted about putting you behind bars, didnt he?
And if it turns out to be correct about him hiding evidence etc, he will actually have been telling the truth this time! Though not in the way he would like us to believe.
A reminder for new readers....
