JK2006 Good news from the media and legal system; soon they will be bringing Basil Fawlty to court. This vile man assaulted an innocent young car with a tree branch. We need to clamp down on tree crime. People carrying branches must be jailed. This sends a message to all branch carriers - you may think we law makers, judges and editors are brain dead but you're wrong. We know a good story when we see one.
JK2006 But to be serious, should our justice system be run by the tabloids? Negative publicity provokes a hefty jail sentence. Not sure column inches should over-rule reasoned judgment.
JK2006 think the video footage on the news of the boy attacking a car with a knife remarkable resembles John Cleese in Fawlty Towers?
