Barney The first ever papal visit to the Arabian Peninsula is taking place.

Francis is visiting the United Arab Emirates.

And will say mass in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, as part of his desire to strengthen ties between the world's biggest faiths.

Christianity and Islam.

Undoubtedly, he's working hard and breaking new ground.


Perhaps if his some of his predecessors hadn't organised the Crusades - to destroy the Infidel - the world would be a better place.
