On a much lesser scale, the Mersey ferries are being left to rot despite people wanting them back in action and used.
You would think that if someone has got a unique product, they would want to make the most of it, wouldn't you? |

I think that might be the wrong link, sorry.
I was distracted by the men in my family carrying an exercise machine through a front door that is narrower than it, and refusing to dismantle it.
