JK2006 And here's THAT photo!

JK2006 We always thought we were the same age - we were also exactly the same size and shape (my Mum used to blame my American Dad for my lack of hips and long legs) - so much so that we often wore each others clothes, like brothers. I did see his passport many times as he saw mine; I'm sure I would have spotted 1943 instead of 1944.
Evadne Jonathan, Scott was born on 9 January 1943. This made him 76 when he passed. We were told in the 60s that he was born (like you) in 1944, but apparently this was wrong and he didn't bother to correct any of these erroneous facts.

Kind regards.
Edward I thought you might like to hear this. The BBC Proms from almost 2 years ago where they performed Scott’s songs live for the first time. He was there that night at the Royal Albert Hall.
All the best to you

JK2006 Appreciated that; thank you; yes many messages from people who read my sleeve notes for Scott2 - indeed many stories of how he persuaded me to write them. Keep logging on - I'll try to add to this thread with, already, over 100,000 views.
