Yes, Barney. It was an actual announcement from Kensington palace.

It seems to me it will just whip the journalists into a stalking frenzy in case they miss it.

honey!oh sugar sugar. If Prince harry and his wife dont want people gawping at their baby until they have "celebrated as a family" its up to them, but why go the bother of drawing further attention to themselves by announcing no announcement?
Why not just do it?
