Only three British female actors won 2 Best Actress Oscars
Olivia de Havilland
Vivian Leigh
Glenda Jackson
IMO - Jackson also gets the UK Gold Medal

Yes Glenda Jackson is back!
With a TV drama - and her playing an Alzheimer's sufferer, in a 'moving ang stunning' performance.
In - Elizabeth is Missing.
Bafta awaits our greatest female actor - and not a bad politician either....

Jackson is up there with Tracy, De Niro, Taylor, Smith and Brando.
In terms of what Hollywood thinks.
Some of those were given the highest US civilian award.
This two career and double Oscar person seems to be forgotten.
Bright, beautiful and intelligent too.
Even did Morecambe and Wise.

And Glenda Jackson
Highly acclaimed and awarded actress - including two Oscars
Long serving and hardworking MP and Minister
Why she isn't a Dame, I don't know!
Far less talented and accomplished people have been honoured much more, and sooner
