robbiex I much preferred it to Bohemian Rhapsody (same director Dextor Fletcher). Actual singing, not miming, no chronological errors, no cheesy dialogue ("here comes the opera bit"), and basically I think Elton's music was better than Queen's in the 70's and early 80s, when this film was mainly set.
