Yes, she does appear to at least be recognising the problem.
hedda crazy name..crazy woman.. and I like her. I reckon she's right.

Odd.. I've met a couple of top female cops here in Oz and they seem way smarter than the blokes.
JK2006 I really like this lady and think she is the first Met boss in ages who can see the reality. She is right; police are avoiding solving (and preventing) serious crimes - like the 18 year old stabbed to death last night around the corner from me - by inventing or encouraging easy ways to waste their budget and efforts (like stupid historical fictional sex claims by liars after compo).
