I don't know that "police priorities" is really the issue here, but such a sad outcome to a young life. I live in Chertsey area and the sense of tragedy is very palpable; even from the most heavily tattoed "unsentimental looking" blokes in my local pub...
What gets me is he left a list naming those who were bullying him...thinking he was gaining control over his life in the last moments..I'm not religious, but bless his soul.

If local police got their priorities right and tried to cut back on knife crime (remember the man stabbed to death on a Surrey train) and bullying (boy kills himself) and proper police behaviour (Breck Bednar\) and stopping criminals (Levi Belfield) we'd have fewer of these tragedies.
