JK2006 Spot on Hedda - the PLUS is that we do both still have many friends in the media, some of whom know a great story when they hear or see one - and that trumps everything. Karma has a way of using the media.
hedda yes the "Credible and True" claim wasn't just outrageous it was bloody absurd.

Now that film of Beech being interviewed has been released and the so-called "evidence" revealed you have to ask just what went on ..my belief is that these cops were salivating over nabbing a few "names".

## I recall that you JK said after your last arrest that one female copper said words to this effect "let's see what your friends in the media say now"...it indicated to me a thought process where guilt or innocence was immaterial..just arrest and conviction the desired result..
JK2006 Just to explain more fully my thoughts on why nobody asked police why they believed Carl Beech. Not because they found him believable but because it was a strict police and legal rule that complainants MUST BE BELIEVED - indeed, that they should be called Victims. This Can Of Worms, once opened in court, would have changed things (as I'm told it now has) but, even more, it would have provided hundreds of convictions evidence of unsafety.
