I learned only recently that I am cisgender, apparently. I identify with the gender that I was assigned at birth.

Except that I wasn't assigned a gender. I was born female. To my knowledge there wasn't a senior midwife declaring to my mother that she had assigned the female gender to her baby.

No-one will ever convince me that there are more than two sexes, notwithstanding the fact that individuals with conditions such as Klinefelter's and Turner's have variant karyotypes. I guess that makes me a bigot.

Well yes, it seems that I am a bigot too because it was the "cis" nonsense from the rampant campaigners that made me completely lose patience with it and think, well no actually, you are not women, you are bunch of aggressive misogynistic blokes who try to butt in and decide what "I" am defined as, and tell me how I should identify and think to be a woman, and if it varies from their stereotype, stick me into a different category!
they can go define themselves and sod off!

I am happy to call people whatever they want, but it shouldn't be a crime to tell the truth and say someone is male when they jolly well are.

That's my impression too. But I have to admit that I don't understand all this stuff about being "trans" and "gender fluid". I suspect it's a craze, unless something really has gone wrong with human development. I read recently that Eddie Izzard is "trans". I thought he was just a bloke who liked wearing make-up and nail varnish.

My new and preferred gender and pronoun is an "Apache helicopter".

I'm going to have so much fun when the census forms are out.
Barney We should all be allowed to be what we want: I have been a meenky (or minky), since Inspector Clouseau discovered them.

And treated them like equals - communicating to our kind, only in a French accent. Many of us have jamborees in Margate.

My friend is an Elvis fan and impersonator, who - when greeting fellow white suited associates - says (often) that 'you're always on my mind'.

The reply is invariably 'uh-huh'...
