The title of your thread is "Moore threatened with jail over new film" not "Moore threatened with jail over visit to Cuba"

The movie and the threat of jail are, as such, separate issues.
In The Know I suggest you read the post again .....

Moore has not been threatened with jail because of his movie. The whole thing about having a copy in an "unnamed country" is Mr Moore's advertising, very good job he does of that too.

The trouble he faces is for travelling to Cuba, not that that is preferable.

Careful ITK, it's very easy to fall into the trap of spin which you so despise when done by others.
